E-commerce or electronic commerce covers any type of online transactions involving the exchange of goods and services. An example of e-commerce is you buying online. Then there is also the B2B or Business to Business transactions, which simply mean, businesses doing business with other businesses. They usually deal not just with one company, but with hundreds or even thousands of other companies. This is exactly what makes e-commerce so ideal for businesses.
Over the years, e-commerce has expanded tremendously and still expanding at a rapid rate. What does this mean for us? This means there will be lots of earning opportunities for us online. This is exciting news especially for aspiring online entrepreneurs like us.
Speaking of earning opportunities, I have already discussed one which is dropshipping. It is an online selling business wherein the requirement is a website. You won’t have to spend a cent on products since the dropshipper will handle all product related expenses. If you have the extra money to invest in a website, then you can go into dropshipping. A word of caution though be careful with the suppliers that you deal with, there are numerous scam artists online posing as suppliers.
